Take a moment to reflect:

Most of us are deeply disconnected from ourselves. Running around stressed out, living off caffeine, and feeling the neverending groundhog’s day reality that has become our lives. At best, we are reactive.

Going through the motions and responding to whatever is screaming the loudest today. At worst, we are numb. Having spent years or perhaps decades of silencing, burying and denying ourselves and our needs. We feel far away from our hearts, our desires, our emotions, and our bodies.

And so we cope.

We drink. We scroll. We perform. We control. We perfect. We eat. We shop. We blame. We do. We do some more. And then do even more after that.

And if we’re really honest

We realize we have been abandoning ourselves. Pretending that we are ok without tending to ourselves and our needs. We put everyone and everything above ourselves. We downplay our feelings. We are FINE. But deep down we are not fine. We ache. Desiring to be connected to ourselves.

To make space for ourselves. To be held.To be seen. To know that we matter. And we want to have the courage to lovingly meet ourselves with compassion, and be with what is asking for attention. To partner with our bodies. To feel our own breath. To slow down enough to feel alive again. And to feel supported by something bigger than ourselves.

But we don’t know how. We have forgotten. And so we blame ourselves. Adding it to the list of all the ways we aren’t measuring up. Reminding ourselves how we are not enough, and maybe never will be.

But what if the very thing that we have been avoiding holds the magic for our healing.

This experience will quickly become your daily balm

Like the feeling of soaking up the rays of sunshine on your face the first day of Spring after a cold dark Winter. Each day Mary will start with a short 10-15 minute spiritual teaching designed to anchor you back to the present moment preparing you for meditation. Then she will guide you through your daily 10-20 minute meditation practice.
(Each day’s teaching + meditation is 30 minutes long)

Mary is known for creating a safe and non judgemental space to get curious about what is asking for attention in your life and embody more grace and compassion as you meet yourself.

Each day focuses on a different heart centered meditation technique. Throughout the course of 21 days, you’ll have the opportunity to sample many types of meditations to discover your favorite. By the end, you’ll have added many new tools to your healing toolbox including visualization, breathwork, energy work, self forgiveness, mantra, nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and embodiment practices.

Meditation always felt intimidating to me, and I never considered myself someone who could easily sit still and get quiet.
